Step 1: Take a large scarf, like the one I am wearing in this picture and open it up completely.

Step 2: Use a basic colored pencil skirt, I used blue to complement the scarf, as a base.

Step 3: Tuck one end of the scarf into the waistband of your skirt, secure with a bobby pin

Step 4: Wrap and secure again.

The End Result

I used a belt to help the skirt look seamless!
